Only you. Entries are encrypted on your device before they're sent anywhere, and the key never leaves it. The server only ever stores an encrypted blob it can't decrypt — not even on request, not even if it wanted to. That's not a promise in a privacy policy, it's how the architecture works.
The audio exists just long enough to turn speech into text — a few seconds. Then it's deleted, no backups kept. Only the text stays in your journal, and it's already encrypted with your key.
Entries live on your device, and on the Pro plan also in encrypted form in the cloud for syncing across devices. They can only be recovered with your key. We can't reset the key and get your journal back for you — that's the price of real privacy, so keep your sync key somewhere safe.
Free is a fully working journal: 5 transcriptions and 3 AI summaries a month, no card required, no expiration date. Comfort and Pro are for daily use — more audio minutes, daily summaries, unlimited journals, PDF export, and Pro adds sync across devices. Cancel your subscription anytime.
One button in settings. Your account is deactivated immediately, and after 30 days everything is permanently deleted — that window exists in case you change your mind: just log back in and your account is restored. Your subscription is cancelled the moment you deactivate.
